Target Audience Executives, team leads, managers. Course Outline - Develop a critical thinking mindset when dealing with business issues - Challenge and rethink ideas and provide insights to relevant stakeholders - Evaluate the quality of evidence & reasoning - Critique new assumptions to ensure robustness and formulate questions & problems - Demonstrate problem solving skills within own scope of work - Defining problem & approach used in problem separation - Explain methods to apply logical inquiry to issues - Analyze and report business issues and make recommendations to relevant stakeholders - Describe methods used in analysing business issues & process of applying force field analysis - Enhance creative thinking skills among team members - Define creative thinking & describing types of creative person - Enhancing creative thinking skills among team members - Describe the challenges of being creative Methodology This course will comprise of group discussions, activities and short lectures. - 50% Course Fee Subsidy, capped at $15/hr (SC aged ≤ 39/SPR) - 90% Course Fee Subsidy, capped at $50/hr (SC aged ≥ 40/ SMEs) - Absentee Payroll 90% of hourly basic salary, capped at $7.50/hr. Eligibility period: 1 Jan – 31 June 2021 Singaporeans Aged 40 and above - Payable at $76.50 (Training Grant = $405.00) Singaporeans/PR Aged 39 and below - Payable at $225.00 (Training Grant = $256.50)
