Kannan Chettiar is an award-winning Technopreneur and the Managing Director of Avvanz Consulting, an Employee Lifecycle Management company based in Singapore. He has over 23 years of Corporate Leadership and Management experiences across Asia, NA, and EMEA. He was awarded as Executive of the Year 2017 – Human Resource Technology by the Singapore Business Review for disrupting the HR space through integration of technology into the employee lifecycle management. In addition to being a thought leader who delivers speeches globally, Kannan is also an international trainer who has trained several global organizations including SIA Engineering, Total Oil, Mercer, Rehau, Roche, TUV SUD, HP, HPE, and Singapore government subsidized Workforce Skills Qualifications (WSQ) courses.

  4. Align workforce with Goals and Digital Vision.

  5. Build Business Continuity Planning, Contingency Planning and Risk Mitigation plans.

  6. Transformational Leadership vs GM mindset.

  7. Strategic Design Thinking to solve problems and make critical decisions.

  8. Exhibit results-based leadership and enterprising behaviour to build high-performance teams.

  9. Apply managerial intelligence (AQ, CQ, EQ, IQ, LQ), situational leadership and business acumen in business.

  10. Learn how to co-opt in the value chain.

  11. Drive enterprise wide innovation to enhance productivity.

  12. Manage changes with all stakeholders to get workforce future-ready.
